Lisa leads global talent acquisition, staff management, and project staffing efforts for PerseusX and parent company ProCom Consulting.
Lisa has more than 20 years of experience developing high-performing teams for strategic technology initiatives. She fosters a people-focused culture and is dedicated to attracting, mentoring, and retaining talent both in the US and in our nearshore and offshore operations.
Lisa has staffed successful teams for many PerseusX and ProCom Consulting clients, including Frontier Communications, T-Mobile, Metronet, and for government agency projects in multiple states, including Texas and Florida.
Prior to PerseusX and ProCom Consulting, Lisa held numerous talent acquisition leadership positions for entrepreneurial startups and professional services consulting companies.
