Mark Mckeehan

Mark is the CEO of PerseusX, the ProCom Consulting company dedicated to helping clients transform their business operations using the power of Pega.
Mark has over 30 years of experience in the communications industry as a service provider, consultant, and software executive. His clients have included Frontier Communications, BellSouth, Sprint, Telefonica Chile, CTI-Venezuela, Comcast, and many others.
Earlier in his career, Mark had both domestic and international responsibilities at BellSouth. Following that, he was a partner with EY Consulting, where he was based in Chile and led the firm’s Communications and Financial Services practices. After the merger with Capgemini, he was COO for the Communications Practice and then VP of operations for North America. Upon leaving Capgemini, he joined Amdocs, where he was responsible for building their worldwide consulting business as global VP of consulting operations. Since joining ProCom Consulting, Mark has led major onshore and offshore delivery efforts with some of our largest communications industry clients.
Mark has a bachelor of science degree in management science from the University of Florida and an MBA in finance and organizational development from Indiana University.
