Rejoice leads delivery for PerseusX and specializes in helping clients harness the power of Pega to improve their customer experience and overall business operations.
Rejoice has over 20 years of experience leading successful projects for communications service providers. Her recent work has included multiple implementations for Frontier Communications.
Rejoice is known for her ability to bridge the business and technology gap on large, complex transformations. She is exceptionally skilled at turning around underperforming Pega implementations and being a solutions driver. In doing this, she builds credibility and trust with executives across the organizations she serves.
In her current role as chief delivery officer for PerseusX, she is responsible for ensuring the quality of staffing and the success of Pega-based solutions for our clients. She has done this across multiple industries for clients ranging from greenfield operations to turnarounds of previously struggling implementations.
Rejoice is a Pega-certified business architect and holds a bachelor of science in computer science from Wiley College.
